The form of a child, whose age is lesser than/more than above mentioned age, will not be accepted.

The completed form should be submitted along with necessary documents. Incomplete forms without the necessary documents will be rejected. No form will be accepted thereafter.

Transport facility will be available for Raj Nagar Extension only.

Recent passport-size photographs of the child and parents.

Birth certificate obtained from Nagar Nigam / Municipal Corporation.

It is mandatory to have the Name of the child in the birth certificate.

No changing of Date of Birth certificate permitted after the Registration.

Aadhar card of Father, Mother & Student (or enrolment Number).

Name, Date of Birth, father’s name, and mother’s name of the child must be the same in all documents (D.O.B certificate, caste certificate & Aadhar card).

Registration fee is Rs.370/- (Three Hundred and Seventy Rupees only). This amount is to be paid online and is non-refundable.

Decision by the management will be final regarding Selection & Admission.

Mere Registration does not guarantee admission. Incomplete registration forms & forms without necessary documents will be rejected.
